Lost & FOund

Train Terminal: There is an MBTA Commuter Rail Lost & Found office located within South Station, in the hallway to the left of Barbara's Bookstore. They can also be reached at (617) 772-4958.

Bus Terminal: the Lost & Found office is located on the second floor of the bus terminal.  The office can be reached at 617-790-4304. For items lost on a bus, please contact the bus carrier directly.

Luggage Storage

Train Terminal: Teddy Ballgames, located at the front of the station, offers bag storage.

Hours: M-F: 7am - 7pm; Sat - Sun: 9am - 5pm

If you are traveling with Amtrak, they will hold your luggage, just ask one of the "Red Cap" employees to help you.

Bus Terminal: Greyhound Package Express on the 5th floor of the bus terminal offers luggage storage during business hours. No overnight storage. Items must be picked up 15 minutes prior to closing. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

Train Terminal: The main information booth can be found just to the left as riders exit the escalator from the Red Line, in the Grand Concourse area.

Bus Terminal: There is no official info desk at the bus terminal, however security ((617) 790-4304) is available 24/7. For building management feedback or concerns, call (617) 737-8040 M-F, 8am - 4:30pm.

Train Terminal: Public restrooms are located in the Grand Concourse and on the mezzanine above the food court.

Bus Terminal: Public restrooms are located on the third floor.
