Company background

Fred and Terri Owens opened their first restaurant in Boston 20 years ago in the Prudential Center. They expanded their Boston offerings in the mid-1990s with the Cajun Grill at South Station. Five years later, they again expanded when the Southwest Grill debuted at South Station and the Cajun Grill, also at South Station, was renamed Cajun Cajun.
