Company History

In 1988 Nur Kilic left behind the corporate world to pursue the world of chocolate, opening the first Serenade Chocolatier in Brookline Village. While studying the craft of European candy making in Switzerland, Kilic met up with Viennese chocolatier, and holocaust survivor, William Federer. Hailing from a long line of chocolatiers, Federer offered up his expertise to Kilic to help create the first Serenade Chocolatier store. Under the direction of Kilic, the second store was opened, providing visitors to South Station the same quality chocolate experience.
