Company Background

A small Parisian Café was the inspiration for the first Cosi restaurant, founded in 1996 in New York City. Three years later, the Cosi concept was merged with Connecticut-based Xando, Inc. Today there are more than 100 Cosi restaurants across the country, including full service locations offering alcohol and table service after 5:00 PM.
