Boston Lyric Opera Flash Opera

In honor of National Opera Week, Boston Lyric Opera teamed up with South Station on October 28, 2011, providing a Flash Opera to the mid-day commuters and travelers. In the middle of lunch hour, music filled the station concourse as what seemed to be strangers gathered together in harmony to sing the Brindidi from La Traviata.  Some were dressed in the uniforms of station personnel such as conductors and red caps, while others came from counters of food vendors.  It was a sensational performance, and we thank the BLO for livening up the station.
